Camolino is a medium-grain variety. It does not boil soft during cooking, it does not stick together.

Ingredients: rice.Best before: see on packaging.Keep in cool and dry place. Protect from sunlight and frost. Preparation recommendation: 1: Wash the rice. Boil 1 cup of rice (200g) in 2 cups of water (400 ml) and mix for a few minutes.
