Prymat grilled pork neck is a perfectly composed mixture of herbs, spices and dried vegetables. It is perfect for people who want to change the taste of grilled traditional sausage dishes for something different. The pork neck, when marinated in spice, becomes exceptionally juicy and crisp, and also acquires the desired color.
INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):
Ingredients: salt, onion, sweet pepper, garlic, coriander fruit, rosemary, ΨΘΙΥΕ ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ, chilli, savoury, thyme, bay leaf.May contain: ΓΕΣΕΑΜΤ ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΙΞΗ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ, ΕΗΗΤ, ΝΙΜΛ (ΙΞΓΜΦΔΙΞΗ ΜΑΓΥΟΤΕ), ΤΟΪ, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ. ΑΜΕΣΗΪ ΑΔΧΙΓΕ: ΖΟΣ ΑΜΜΕΣΗΕΞΤ ΤΕΕ ΙΞΗΣΕΔΙΕΞΥΤ ΙΞ ΒΟΜΔ. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging. Store in a dry and shaded place. Grilled pork neck Ingredients: 700 g pork neck Marinade: 2 tablespoon Prymat Sarepska mustard, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon Prymat French mustard, 5 tablespoon olive oil, 4 crushed garlic cloves, 3 tablespoon Prymat Barbecue Pork Neck seasoning. Preparation: Rinse, dry and cut the meat in 1 cm thick slices. Mix all marinade ingredients well. Pour the marinade over the meat, cover it and put it in a refrigerator for a whole night. Grill the pork neck slices for about 12-15 minutes on each side, smearing marinade on them from time to time. Serve with grilled potatoes; Net weight: 80g.
