Clarified butter is an exclusive amber-coloured product containing only milk fat (99.9%). It enriches dishes with the taste and aroma of butter, does not burn at high temperatures, does not soak into fried foods and perfectly browns them, which makes it recommended mainly for frying and baking. Ideal for, among other things: fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, mushrooms, pancakes, cakes, doughnuts, croquettes and baking cakes, preparing sauces and roux.
