DESCRIPTION:
Polish Powdered dough, very easy to prepare, just add a few wet ingredients, e.g. eggs, fat, mix with the contents of the bag and bake. Additionally, you can translate the dough with cream, jam, decorate with glaze or powdered sugar.
INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):
Ingredients: sugar, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΤΥΑΣΓΘ, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, wheat cake flour, low-fat cocoa powder 5%; rice flour,rice flour, potato starch, maltodextrin, baking powder (raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates); chocolate 1% (sugar, cocoa paste, low-fat cocoa powder); emulsifiers: E472b, E472a; salt, glucose syrup, ΠΟΨΔΕΣΕΔ ΤΛΙΝΝΕΔ ΝΙΜΛ, flavourings, thickener: xanthan gum.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ. ΑΜΕΣΗΪ ΑΔΧΙΓΕ: ΖΟΣ ΑΜΜΕΣΗΕΞΤ ΤΕΕ ΙΞΗΣΕΔΙΕΞΥΤ ΙΞ ΒΟΜΔ. Best before/Batch number – see the side of the bag. Store in a dry, cool place. Dough: 4 eggs, 100 ml water, 200 g margarine (or butter). You can add dark chocolate flavour glaze. Melt the margarine and let it cool. Combine the water and margarine in a tall dish, add the eggs and the contents of the packet and mix for about 4 minutes. Pour the batter into a 25x35 cm pan lined with parchment paper. Put into a preheated oven and bake in 170-180°C for 40-45 minutes (check with a skewer if the cake is done).Net weight: 670g.
