Terms & Conditions of Loyalty Program
§ 1. Definitions and general provisions
- These Regulations define the rules of the Loyalty Program for Customers of the uk.foodplus.eu online store ("Program"). The program Organizer is FOODPLUS LTD, 11 All Saints Square, Rotherham, United Kingdom, S60 1PW, Companies House number 09803578 running a business in Great Britain ("Organizer", "Online Store").
- The terms used in the Regulations have the following meaning:
- Participant - an individual customer of the uk.foodplus.eu store who meets the conditions set out in §2.
- Store - an online store available on the website: uk.foodplus.eu.
- Shopping - purchases of products whose seller is the Online Store, made by individual customers in the online store uk.foodplus.eu.
- The program runs from October 5, 2021. from 00:00 for an indefinite period.
- If the Organizer decides to end the Program, he will inform the Participants by sending information about the end of the Program, respectively, to the correspondence address or e-mail address of the Participant, or by SMS to the address or telephone number, according to the data contact details provided by the Participant registered in the Store. Such information will be sent at least 30 (thirty) days in advance. At the same time, the Organizer will post information about the end of the Program on the website: www.uk.foodplus.eu
§ 2. Participation in the Progra
- Each registered individual Customer of the Store is a Program Participant.
- The program does not cover customers who make purchases without registration.
- The moment of joining the Program is the confirmation of the User Registration process in the Online Store. This means that the Participant may use the benefits of the Program from the moment of completing the first purchases.
§ 3. Benefits for Program Participants
- The Loyalty Program enables Members who purchase products offered by the Online Store to earn and collect points ("Points"). Points can be exchanged for Products in the Online Store in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
- The Participant receives Points by making purchases in the Online Store.
- For each Pound spent during Shopping, the Participant receives one Loyalty Program Point.
- Points are only awarded for each full Pound spent on Shopping. The pounds are not counted.
- In the case of Products with a discount, Points are charged only for the amount actually paid by the Customer (price after the discount).
- The Organizer may also award Points for other activities in the Online Store that are not Purchases.
- Information about the Points obtained by the Participant during the Purchases is each time sent by e-mail.
- Points are allocated to the Participant account within 48 hours from the moment of Purchase, in accordance with these Regulations.
- Points cannot be exchanged for money. Points are not electronic money.
- Points are assigned to a specific User Account and cannot be transferred to another Program Participant.
- The Participant may not transfer Points to a third party.
- If the Product Purchase is not finalized (complaint or return) or in the event of the Participant's abuse of the rules or incorrect booking, the Points obtained will be canceled.
- The Participant may exchange the obtained Points for Products sold in the Online Store.
- To redeem the Points obtained for Products in the Online Store, the Participant should go to the website https://uk.foodplus.eu/en_GB/l and click the "Exchange" button under the selected product. Then the balance of the User's points will be reduced by the number of points assigned to the selected product. In addition, for accounting reasons, a symbolic fee of GBP 0.01 is charged for each unit of the product, which will be added to the User's receipt.
- The points can only be exchanged for products when shopping. This means that at least one of the products in the cart must be paid for.
- To redeem points for products, the Member must make purchases for a minimum of £10.
- Points can be used indefinitely.

§ 4. Complaints procedure
- Any complaints regarding the Program should be submitted in writing, by registered mail, to the address of the Program Organizer's registered office: FOODPLUS LTD, 11 All Saints Square, Rotherham, United Kingdom, S60 1PW or by e-mail to info@foodplus.uk
- The Organizer will consider the Participant's complaint and inform him of the decision regarding the complaint, in writing to the Participant's correspondence address, within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
§ 5. Final provisions
- The organizer may amend the Regulations.
- Information on the change of the Regulations along with the content of the current regulations will be announced by the Organizer on the website uk.foodplus.eu
- The Regulations are governed by British law. These regulations are available at the Organiser's office, on the website: uk.foodplus.eu
