The exquisite taste of the mole mound will satisfy and delight even the most discriminating gourmets.
INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS (allergens included in the composition are marked in bold and capital letters):
Ingredients: sugar, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, chocolate flakes 14%, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΤΥΑΣΓΘ, low-fat cocoa, gelatine, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), modified starch, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with lactic acid, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with acetic acid), glucose syrup, ΠΟΨΔΕΣΕΔ ΤΛΙΝΝΕΔ ΝΙΜΛ, flavourings, salt.Best before: date on the packaging. Store in a dry, cool place. The packaging contains: 250 g cake mix, 100 g cream mix, 60 g chocolate chips; Add: for the batter: 100 g soft margarine2 eggs75 ml milk (about 7 tablespoons)3 bananas (or other fruit)for the cream: 500ml refrigerated heavy cream 30% 100 ml cool water (about 10 tablespoons)for soaking: 3 tablespoons water, sugar, lemon juice (to taste)INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preparing the batterRemember that you have to refrigerate heavy cream before whipping it. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (without fan assistance). Grease a round pan with fat or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter mix into a bowl, add the margarine, eggs and milk. Mix at low and then high speed for about 3 minutes until smooth in texture. Distribute the batter evenly in the pan. 2. BakingPlace in a preheated oven and bake on the middle rack. Temperature: about 180 °CTime: about 35-45 minutes.When ready, separate the cake from the sides of the pan, remove the ring and let cool. Start whipping the cream when the cake has cooled down and a hollow has been made in the middle. 3. Hollowing out and adding bananasPut the cake on a flat plate and scoop it out up to 0.5 cm, leaving a 1 cm margin from the outer edge. Put the crumbs in a bowl and crush evenly. Soak the base (3 tablespoons of water with sugar and lemon juice to taste). Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise and put them on the cake flat side down (sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning). 4. Preparing the cream and sprinkling the cakeWhip cold heavy cream (about 5 minutes at full speed). Pour the cool water into a separate dish, add the cream mix and mix for half a minute. Immediately combine the mix with the whipped cream, mix gently and gradually add chocolate chips. Pour the cream over the bananas, leaving about 1 cm from the edge of the cake. Use a spoon to form a hill and sprinkle with the crumbs. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. The cake may flake – it is normal for the mole hill cake. Enjoy.Net weight: 410g.
