DESCRIPTION:

A spicy mayonnaise sauce with marinated jalapeno peppers and dijon mustard. The sauce is inspired by an indispensable ingredient of Mexican cuisine, i.e. the green jalapeno pepper, with a slightly sour, spicy taste and a very pleasant aroma. Green Jalapeno sauce goes perfectly with Mexican cuisine and fast food dishes. It also goes well with hard-boiled eggs and as an accompaniment to various grilled meats and snacks.
