Polish pork and poultry sausage, homogenised and steamed. It is a sausage with a classic, rather distinctive taste, slightly salty, with a noticeable hint of pepper. Mortadella is a tasty sausage not only for sandwiches. It is excellent for frying, on pizzas and casseroles.
