Ingredients: roasted buckwheat groats.May contain: ΗΜΦΥΕΞ. Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. Method of preparation: Select the amount of water in the pot so that the bag is all submerged. Boil the water. Put the bag in boiling water. The water can be slightly salted. Cook under cover for about 15 minutes. Depending on the preferred consistency of groats, the cooking time can be extended or shortened. Remove the bag, rinse in cold water, drain, tear the bag along fine perforation and pour the grits on the plate; Net weight: 4x100g. Best before: date on the bottom of the packaging.
