Ingredients:

• 780g jar of roasted Vortumnus apples
  
• 600 g flour
  
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
  
• 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  
• 250 g of margarine
• 100 g butter
  
• 4 yolks
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  
• 50 g breadcrumbs
  
• powdered sugar

Preparation:

1. Knead the ingredients for the dough (everything except apples, breadcrumbs and powdered sugar) until you obtain a large ball.
2. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into two parts. After rolling out, place one part on a flat baking tray measuring approximately 24x25 cm, lined with baking paper.
4. Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs and place the roasted apples on it.
5. Gently place the second part of the dough, rolled out and cut into strips, into vertical and horizontal strips, on the layer of apples.
6. Put the apple pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
7. After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Apple pie is ready!
