Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Take the eggs and Greek yoghurt out of the fridge and warm to room temperature.
  2. Peel 3 bananas, place on a plate and mash with a fork.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the oil and continue beating. Finally add the buttermilk and mix gently until the ingredients are combined.Add the bananas and mix with a spoon.
  4. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add the cinnamon and baking powder.
  5. Chop the chocolate and add it to the flour.
  6. Then combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula.
  7. Spoon the batter into a muffin tin or directly into paper muffin cups. Peel the last banana, cut into slices and place on top of the muffins.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
